Reviewing the participant lists posted by the World Triathlon Corporation for Memorial Hermann Ironman 70.3 Texas and Ochsner Ironman 70.3 New Orleans reveals that less than 200 from both events are also signed up to race the inaugural Memorial Hermann Ironman Texas on Saturday, May 21, 2011.
The websites reveal that there are reportedly 735 and 542 competitors signed up for 70.3 Texas and 70.3 New Orleans, respectively.
Of those, 145 that will be competing in the Memorial Hermann 70.3 Texas will head to The Woodlands the following month, while just 29 from the 70.3 in New Orleans will do so.
